Overall Eye Care
Posted on August 22nd, 2009 No commentsThe skins of eyes are supposed to be the thinnest part of our body, with 0.33 to 0.36 mm thick; and there are nearly no sebaceous gland and sweat gland. It is quite easy for eye skins to lose moisture and become dry for their quick heat radiation and poor lock of water.
The eyeball with a diameter of 2.5 cm weighs 7 g or so. The number of blinking every day could reach about 0.2 to 0.3 million, so it is easy for eyes to get tired and to cause the eye skins loose. It is the most crucial part of facial maintenance in our daily life.
First of all, let’s see some basic knowledge together. Before we deal with the problems, we should know them more.The cause of eye skin wrinkle:
1. The skins around eyes are too thin and with less connective tissue. Without the support of under-skin tissue, the skins would generate wrinkles after a long-time same action, such as blinking.
2. As the time goes by, we may get old. Therefore it is reasonable to loose skin flexibility. Then eye skin wrinkles crawl to our faces.
3. It may caused by our over dry skin condition.
The cause of black eye ring:
1. Nose allergy2. Poor blood circulation of eyes
3. Lack of sleep
4. Other causes (recent recovery from a heavy disease; long-time stand)
The cause of fatty granule:
1. The skins secrete too much oil. Without suitable clean way, it will result in fatty granules.2. We overuse very greasy eye cream or lotion.
3. Owing to our poor absorbing ability of nutrition, it will cause the fatty granules.
The cause of eye pouch:
1. The metabolism of eye skins is gradually declining.2. We are getting old, so the skins grow old as well.
3. We may heritage it from our ancestors who also have eye pouch owing to gene determination.
4. It also may result from over tiredness.
Overall eye care:
1. We should have adequate sleep and avoid staying up. Sometimes, we have to sleep very late, and we should try to make up. We can use the used green tea leaves to cover on our eyes and lay down for about 10 to 15 minutes. After washing, apply some eye cream on the eye skins.2. Have less water before going to bed. Try to block the feet up so as to accelerate the blood circulation.
3. Do the eye massage often.
4. Have a rest after a period of work in order to reduce tiredness.
5. Have more food full of vitamin A and B2, such as carrot, tomato, potato, animal liver, beans. Have a healthy and well-balanced diet.
6. If our money is allowed, we should go to the beauty saloon regularly to have an overall healthy maintenance.
7. When we go outside, especially in summer, we should wear a pair of sunglasses to prevent our eyes from UV which is our enemy to the eye skins. If you suffer from myopia, you can turn to prescription sunglasses for help.
